18+, a bankroll you can afford, why a surebet is not income, and where to get help.
Arbistoteles is for adults only (18+). A surebet narrows the risk of a bet; it doesn't turn betting into a job or a salary.
Ground rules
- Only use money you can afford to lose. Surebets fail: prices move, bets get voided, accounts get limited.
- Set a bankroll and keep to it. Decide the total once, spread it across your books, and don't top it up to chase a loss.
- Keep records. Every leg, stake, price and result. Your records tell you the truth about how it's going, not your memory.
- Take breaks. Long sessions make mistakes: wrong stakes, wrong lines, rushed legs.
- Don't borrow to bet. Ever.
Warning signs
Betting more than you planned, chasing losses, hiding it from people close to you, betting to escape a problem, or feeling restless when you try to stop. If any of these sound familiar, stop and talk to someone.
